  • Selection of the vendors and suppliers of the key Network and/or IT technologies.
  • Preparation and leading of the tendering process with regional scope including preparation of selection criteria and contract preparation and negotiations
  • Responsibility for finalization of the contracts
  • Developing the sourcing strategy for tenders in question
  • Developing the short and mid-term strategies for sourcing categories with main aim of the cost optimization
  • Actively look for new and alternative opportunities to ensure the effectiveness and cost savings
  • Supporting the local procurement teams in respective countries
  • Sharing the „Best Practice’s “, experiences and knowledge with team members across the region
  • Daily communication with suppliers, vendors, internal customers and management
  • Maintain the business relationship with the key vendors and suppliers
  • Support of local procurement teams in the individual countries



  • 5+ years experiences with technology tenders.
  • Experience with regional tenders is must
  • Experience with sourcing category management is must
  • Experience with preparation and negotiation of the highly complex contracts
  • Extensive negotiation and presentation skills, experience with tools for price negotiations and commercial conditions.
  • Carefulness, invention, communicativeness, organizational skills, analytical skills, ability to work in team
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office
  • Fluent business English on a level to lead meetings, presentations, negotiations and contract preparation
