Responsible for site acquisition and permitting activities related to construction of base stations, following the corporate plan for steady network development



  • Make visits to different populated places and geographical areas for selection of infrastructure, rooftops, land, suitable for base station installation, following preliminary established technical requirements.
  • Negotiate the main terms of lease contracts as duration, cost, exit clauses etc. with owners.
  • Participate in the process of prolongation of existing lease contracts by direct negotiations with owners.
  • Handling lessors’ requests and inquiries.
  • Participate in the processes of obtaining of all required permits for construction of base stations by direct communication with municipalities and government authorities.
  • Keep clear track records of performed activities - organize and record all site acquisition and permitting information in data bases and follow their constant update.



  • University degree in Business administration, Engineering or Law
  • Experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent analytical skills, planning, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to follow up end-to-end assigned tasks & deadlines
  • Very good command of English – written and spoken
