Currently we are looking for an

 

HR Director

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the Human Resources strategy based on overall company business strategy 
  • Ensure the implementation of the Human Resources strategy by designing various programs and establishing department accountabilities for operational activities in the following domains: 
  •  talent acquisition including employer branding activities
  • complete employee lifecycle management from onboarding to termination
  • compensation and benefits
  • learning and organization development 
  • employee relations and retention, including well-being initiatives and internal events
  • Create and implement internal communication strategy to support company and HR strategy execution
  • Develop and maintain Headcount and personnel cost strategies by forecasting the requirements based on business needs, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions
  • Support CEO and the management team by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions 
  • Responsible for employee related policies, procedures, guidelines
  • Ensure the compliance with employment related local legal requirements 

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • MSc / BSc degree
  • 10+ years of HR experience and relevant leadership experience
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, translate and execute HR strategy
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Business understanding of general telecommunication, IT and mobile technology systems is an advantage
  • Strategical mindset with strong execution capability 
  • Flexible, goal oriented and pragmatic mindset, good analytical skills 
  • Strong level of integrity and self-discipline
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate
