Currently we are looking for a

Radio Network Planning Expert

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Radio network coverage planning, capacity expansions planning
• Yearly financial planning support
• Participating radio network strategy developments
• Participation in international technology projects and support CETIN group technology initiatives and sourcing processes
• Radio networks planning of 2/3/4/5G macro radio networks) tasks in details 
  • Nominal radio network planning, business case analysis of new sites
  • Managing planning of new sites by considering business priorities, evaluating candidates, performing technical site surveys, composing detailed site design
  • Planning of frequencies, technologies, initial capacity, neighbors, and initial parameter settings for new sites
  • Capacity expansions planning on existing sites of respective planning area
  • (Physical) antenna optimization, to reach target quality and further network monitoring to maintain it
  •  Radio coverage related customer complaints handling (both in consumer and B2B segment)

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

•  BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Telecommunications science
•  Knowledge of mobile radio systems
•  Practical experience of 3 years on radio planning area
•  Good at English (both written and verbal)
•  Goal and business-oriented mindset
•  Customer centric mindset
•  Team player
