Currently we are looking for a


Senior NOC Specialist




  • Backup procedures
  • Trouble ticket creation regarding incidents
  • Service calls and planned works
  • Managing system and service related problems and escalating if necessary
  • Coordination with all back Offices
  • Coordination with Customer Care Department
  • Coordination with field forces, subcontractors and partners
  • Responsible for alarm handling and fault reporting and tracking of faults towards vendors.
  • Create trouble ticket reports in TT application
  • Coordination with other departments as well as with subcontractors regarding planned activities and customer complaints
  • Handling notifications from external partners and cooperate with them
  • Participating on internal and external trainings.
  • Perform of smaller modifications and changes
  • Working in shifts (24/7/365)




  • High school /College degree in telecommunications, Technical or computer associate
  • Good computer skills and knowledge
  • Understanding English well (written and verbal) and basic communication
  • Team player, able to work independently
  • Able to handle workload and give good performance even in stressful environment  
  • Market and customer oriented way of thinking and attitude, result oriented
  • Able to work fast and accurately
  • Working experience in telecommunication and/or IT industry
