Junior HR Generalist

Currently we are looking for a


Junior HR Generalist

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition activities by:  
    • Preparing job advertisements 

    • Sourcing, contacting and pre-screening candidates 

    • Organizing interviews 

    • Employment contract handling from offers to hire, including all HR related administrative tasks 

    • Managing end to end recruitment process for intern positions 

  • Driving all employee lifecycle processes, such as Onboarding, administration of Termination, Employee Personal Changes 
  • Preparing reports and presentations by collecting, analysing and summarizing data regarding recruitment 
  • Participating in Employer Branding activities; being responsible for university relations 





  • University/College Degree 

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal 

  • 1 year practice in the field of recruitment or administrative working experience in the field of HR 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

  • Out of the box thinking 

  • Ability to analyse and present information 

  • Precise, self-driven and organized person with good analytical skills
