Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process for white collar positions, primarily in the IT / telco domains
  • Continuously building a candidate pool via sourcing activities
  • Coordinating on-boarding process and induction, ensuring a high-quality new hire experience
  • Operating internal referral and traineeship programs
  • Proactively developing the recruitment & selection related process
  • Employment contract handling from offers to hire, including any HR administration
  • Supporting Employer Branding activities
  • Preparing reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data regarding recruitment

 

Requirements

 

  • University/College Degree
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • 2+ year practice in the field of recruitment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Ability to analyse and present information
  • Strong administrative and PC skills
