Telecommunications Network Implementation Expert

Responsible for efficient control and supervision of Network rollout and Field Maintenance related to Telecommunications Network area.  Responsible for Capex and Opex control.

Your responsibilities:

• Controlling of activities related to Network rollout;
• Controlling of regular preventive and corrective Telecommunications Network Field maintenance;
• Control and Support to Fixed asset and Warehouse management related to Telecommunications Network equipment;
• Controlling of documentation update related to deployment of Telecommunications Network equipment;
• Continuous monitoring (follow up) of complete regulatory in the area which is responsible for including but limited to planning and construction and ensuring compliance with those in Telenor d.o.o;
• Model development and responsible for monitoring and control of employer’s plan realization and compliance with regulation in Telenor d.o.o. and partners/subcontractors as well in the area which is responsible for including but not limited to planning and construction;
• Create and maintain site resilience policy primarily related to Telecommunications Network
• Responsible for communication with the TelCo operators in roll-out processes;
• Coordination and cooperation with Ministry or municipality and other authorities in charge in the area which is responsible for including but limited to planning and construction
• Vendor management;
• Cooperate with other parts of the organization on process oriented cross-functional work;
• Capex and Opex control;
• Support Environmental Management System;
• Support to Group Project and initiatives within area;
• Support to Sourcing in initiation and analysis of RFI/RFQs;
• Implementation standards approval.

For the good start, you will need:

• University degree preferable from Telecommunication engineering area;
• Five years of experience within Telecommunication/ IT area;
• Solid knowledge about general telecommunication systems;
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal);
• Clean driving license
