IT Service Delivery Manager



What you will be doing

  • Participate of Telenor Hungary’s projects to ensure IT Service definitions fulfils business requirements.
  • Support Telenor Hungary’s project to develop business cases and calculate Total cost of ownerships.
  • Participate new support contract negotiation, set SLA, align to current operational SLA-s.
  • Participate of Telenor Hungary’s projects to ensure operational readiness and hand over to operation processes.
  • Participate in IT Operational Efficiency programs, suggests and drives operational efficiency initiatives including service merge, simplification and decommission.
  • Control daily activities of IT services delivered by Telenor Common Operation (TnCO – Telenor’s own IT Outsource company)
  • Monitor, report, analyse and escalate on service alignment (including service levels) with agreed SOWs
  • Ensure that our external service providers meet and exceed specific service metrics, take care of contractual obligations, drive support vendors’ reviews.
  • Implement and maintain the escalation process
  • Ensure operational audit requirements, owns operational controls and participate companywide audits


Supporting activities

  • Definition and maintenance of governance framework
  • Evaluation and selection processes
  • SOW, SLA and OLA negotiations
  • Capture performance data 


Do not hesitate to apply if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in service operations and service delivery
  • Experience managing external service providers in a complex multinational company group environment
  • Working ITIL knowledge and practice
  • Service Management experience with at least three of the following processes: incidents, problem, service request, change management, demand management, capacity management, SLA management.
  • Highly analytical and structured thinker with the ability to transform it into service-oriented approach
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • MS Excel / PowerBI and data analytics skills
  • Fluency in English both in oral and written
