IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring and updating computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and another equipment
• Responds to problems on equipment and applications and assists in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Setting up accounts for new users and participate in identity management and access rights management process
• Actively participate in ensuring business continuity of the Bank, through the monitoring of IT systems and services
• Participates in the incident management process
• Participates in IT client equipment procurement planning
• Cooperate with other parts of the organization when it comes to cross-functional business processes
• Operational management of the development and implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure the information in IS
• Creating and filling the knowledge database and operational manuals with solution descriptions of solved incidents and problems
• Responsible for creating and keeping up to date IT operations documentation
• Compiles and executes all operational and administrative reporting to line management
• Additional responsibilities related to IT Operations

For the good start you will need:

• Knowledge of IT systems, IT equipment and tools
• At least 1-year experience in IT
• Relevant education in the field of IT
• Fluency in English
