Archive Administrative and Company Documentation Officer

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing Company Contracts hardcopies (recording register numbers, quality control for missing signatures and stamps)
  • Scanning of the Company Contracts and Decisions in Digital Archive
  • Maintaining internal Excel evidence of the Company Contract hardcopy status
  • Communication with Vendors in order to return sent hardcopies to Telenor Archive in due time
  • Delivering signed and unsigned Document hardcopies to Vendor through Telenor Post Office service.
  • Preparing reports of Undelivered Contracts to Direct Manager
  • Communication with Digital Archive Company Contract Initiators if the electronically approved Contracts are not delivered for registering
  • Preparation of documents for scanning
  • Classification of documents into cassettes
  • Quantity and quality check of distribution lists and documentation
  • Uploading distribution lists on SharePoint
  • Scanning and indexing of documents generated through business sale channels

 

 

For a good start, you will need:

  • High school degree
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Orientation to details and accuracy
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Team spirit
