Role Overview:

Business Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful company performance and further development of B2B segments throughout end-to-end customer lifetime (acquisition, retention and churn). Actively contributes to the continuous growth and profitability of the company in accordance with target KPI (revenue / sales / retention / OPEX / profitability) with particular focus on company revenue share increase. Key responsibility for P&L development and delivery.

Responsible for the organization of the overall activities, allocation and implementation of tasks and projects in the department.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Leads the development of strategies based on qualitative and quantitative insights that deliver all acquisition, retention and development initiatives, including effective and efficient Gating process for approval, take-to-market process for execution and offer follow-up for progress and development
  • Initiates and develops strategies and programs for effective attracting new retaining existing of B2B customers (SS,LS,Fixed)
  • Propose and introduce retention strategies, segmentation, end user offers for all business segments
  • Propose X/Up sell campaigns based on customer segmentation and company objectives
  • Propose, implement and evaluate different anti – churn actions
  • Regularly monitor and initiate updates in customer segmentation used for definition of acquisition and retention policies to different segments, customer servicing, etc. together with Customer Care Division and Fraud and Revenue Control section/ Revenue Assurance, credit and collection division
  • Initiate and develop together with the Pricing team pricing strategies and analysis for business, fixed segment both tariff and HS propositions in order to achieve net sales, retention/churn, revenue, customer satisfaction targets
  • Manages and initiates changes for portfolio, propositions and products for the B2B segments
  • Prepare quarterly/yearly FC for GA/Renewals, revenue, devices based on company strategy
  • Execute quarterly/yearly forecast GA/Renewals and respective devices quantities
  • Provide regular update and analysis for the management team on business segment sales and marketing KPI’s
  • Initiates and leads the launch of new digital services for B2B
  • Complete ownership of the business digital services in terms of revenue, base and activations/deactivations according to the FC and the expectations from the strategy


What we would expect from you: 

  • Minimum 5  years of work experience in Marketing
  • Experience in telecom industry is a plus
  • Minimum 3  years in leadership position with direct reports
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry
  • High level of business understanding
  • Strong understanding of local market, trends and competition
  • Strong understanding of Postpaid / Prepaid / Business solutions / CRM platforms
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
