Services Satisfaction Team Leader

Role Overview:

Coordinate, monitor, control and support the working process of the assigned of the employees of Services Satisfaction Team. Monitor and evaluate their performance in management the activities of receiving, registering, discussing, researching and preparing written and/or e-mail answers to customer complaints and/or grievances, requests and suggestions, aiming at the timely resolving of customer problems through the terms specified in the Company’s General Terms and Conditions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Activate, deactivate services and provide customer service in relation with customers’ complaints and/or grievances, requests and suggestions in accordance with the company procedures. Solve customer problems
  • Participate actively in the company projects/meetings
  • Handle sensitive and personal data regarding EU GDPR 
  • Prevent from providing of information concerning company subscribers or mobile services they use to other people except to subscriber
  • Prepare statistics and reports
  • Manage the team (coordinate, organize and distribute regularly daily tasks within the members of the team and to monitor their execution)
  • Participate in the preparation of company manuals and revision of procedures and/or other document

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Philology or related
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service Area 
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (ziebel; DMS (document system); CRM (retention system)) is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • PC skills, including Word, Excel
  • Proactive, Innovative, Adaptable, Flexible
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective team player
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in challenging environment
  • Ability to work under stress 
  • Independent, energetic person with flexibility and initiative attitude
