Role Overview:

Oversees all social media strategy, responsible for strategic development and execution of all social content and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic.


Main responsibilities:

  • Develops social media strategy, supervises its execution, evaluates the results, as well as manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Creates, schedules and distributes content across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.), manages posting schedule, supports specific content marketing initiatives, facilitates partnerships with key influencers on the social web, supports specific content marketing initiatives
  • Coordinates campaigns and content with internal clients (Marketing, Web, HR, PR)
  •  Monitors and updates social media channels, coordinates Telenor teams and creative team/agency team to create original multimedia assets (including graphics and videos) and copies
  • Monitors and handles customer service cases, provides social customer care, drives social interactions with fans and followers, engages with the community in real-time, creates knowledgeable responses to questions, comments or complaints.
  • Runs marketing promotions and campaigns requiring coordinated actions across social profiles



  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
  • Social media and digital marketing experience, including the production of social media assets
  • Experience designing and implementing a social media strategy/campaigns
  • Deep familiarity with a variety of social media platforms
  • Experience creating, executing, monitoring, and reporting on social media initiatives
  • Expertise in creating, editing, publishing, and sharing content on multiple social channels
  • Expertise in a variety of social media management tools
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
