KICKSTART - Billing and Charging Internship

If you want to learn about CBiO (Charging&Billing in One) and be up to date with the newest technologies this is the perfect career opportunity for you. CBiO is online convergent end-to-end billing system for any type of communications service provider: mobile, fixed line, broadband and digital provider.

You will be responsible for operation, consultancy, configuration and development  for Billing&Charging  solution.

This position includes support troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolving a variety of issues, functional testing, second line support of Customer systems through day-to-day tickets and producing reports ad-hoc and on a regular basis.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining availability of Billing&Charging systems
• Responsibility for business processes support, operation and maintenance on Billing&Charging systems
• Taking active part in development, implementation and testing of Billing&Charging solution according to business requirements
• Supporting implementation, integration, resource and performance control of Billing&Charging solution
• Short term planning of upgrades and capacity expansion
• Ad-hoc support for end users
• Helping team with their documentation needs
• Collaborating closely with other team members and departments
• Supporting CNOC team

For a good start, you will need:

• University degree (or in your final year of studies) from Electrical Engineering Faculty, Mathematics Faculty, Faculty of Organizational Science – IT Program or related
• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Linux, SQL/PLSQL and  Oracle DB will be considered as a big plus
• Ability to work in a team and being a team player
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
