Role Overview:


Payments Control Specialist maintains requests related to bills and payments. Execute all type of Account Receivable transactions to customer accounts. Control and apply the necessary transactions for monthly fee prepayments in the billing system. Participate in implementation of new channels for bill payments collection. Support cash collection processes.



 Main responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming requests in relation to customers’ bills
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems with bills and payments and provide feedback to the requesting side
  • Execute all requests/tickets regarding leasing: payments, change of leasing device, deal reset
  • Control and apply in the billing system the necessary transactions for monthly fee prepayments.
  • Allocate bill payments in dedicated company systems for legal cases or when the respective payment has not been processed automatically
  • Execute all types of AR transactions to customer accounts
  • Participate in implementation of new channels for bill payments collection
  • Participate in preparation and improvement of procedures for applying financial AR transactions
  • Inform line manager about problems in executing tasks and suggest possible solutions





  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology or similar
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant (Payments Control) experience
  • Experience in Billing / Invoicing / Payment / areas preferred
  • Experience in PL/SQL, SQL
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Flexible and loyal person, good team player
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
