Customer Experience Senior Expert,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Drive the increase of customer satisfaction by identifying pain points on company, touchpoint and journey level
• Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client’s behalf
• Guide a CX squad in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, test new strategies for driving customer value by developing listening points in the customer journeys and touchpoints
• Regular communication with internal stakeholders such as customer service executives and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the brand experience
• Raising red flags wherever the business process – billing, installation or anything pre or post sales – needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company
• Work in collaboration with commercial and technology teams to ensure a seamless brand, buying and care experience with available technology
• Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered – help measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the brand is performing on CX performance parameters
• Champion opportunities to consistently Improve Yettel experience
• May act as a single point of contact in case of highly sensitive / high impact escalations
• Fosters a culture of problem-solving with facilitating workshops and trainings

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and project management skills.
• Highly motivated, looking to learn new things and collaborate in different ways to support our customers
• College degree
• At least 3-5 year relevant work experience
• Hungarian and English in negotiation level
• Excellent communication & project management skills
• MS Office knowledge
