As Digital Solution Manager, you will be responsible for analysis, planning and designing of Digital related epics regarding our IT transformation program, with enhanced focus on web sales and customer care. You will be acting as primary point of contact between stakeholders / teams and vendors. You will have end to end responsibility for digital customer journeys from both business and technical perspective. 

 

  • Improvement of Yettel’s digital touchpoints with special focus on digital sales and customer care
  • Taking part in regional level strategic projects as a Digital Solution Manager. Participate indesign workshops, prepare supporting materials, align capability needs and be responsible for high level planning till the start of execution 
  • E2E responsibility for planning and implementation of digital product increments
  • Ensure proper application of the digital design system for upcoming developments
  • Defining business and technical requirements to support several Epic specifications 
  • Working as part of agile squads, helping the Group Manager by representing digital business aspects on stakeholder meetings and channeling the agreed relevant development needs towards the vendor to start developments 
  • Coordinate technical experts, business analysts and lead the process by managing execution  
  • Proposing new capability developments and modification of customer journeys on digital touchpoints 
  • Work collaboratively with international teams, internal stakeholders: IT, Marketing Communication, B2B/B2C Segment, Business Analysts  
  • Support defining and updating yearly the product strategies 
  • Align a present strategy, quarterly plans and present results to key stakeholders and commercial management team 
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and feedback 
  • Keep track of industry trends 
  • Identify, define and measure critical online sales and care journeys;  
  • Build an understanding of market, product usage and user behavior; 
  • Collect and indicate online specific insights and researches (qualitative and quantitative) in cooperation with other departments; 
  • Follow online market trends and identify best practices and complex socio-cultural environment as an input of digital services design; 
  • Proactively and independently drives design development processes E2E in co-operation with different UIX partners 

 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

  • College/university degree  or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced English oral/written 
  • 3+ years relevant professional experience 
  • Advanced expertise in Front-end system development, Agile way of work and Project Management  
  • Market-and customer-oriented way of thinking and attitude 
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities 
  • Good organizational skills 
  • Advanced English oral/written
